đź’Ş The "X-Frame" Mystery
Good afternoon (or "good morning," depending on if you believe that whole "time zone" nonsense). Either way, it's the right time for brain gains. Today’s edition is brought to you by Force USA, makers of the highest-quality power racks, squat racks, and all-in-one home gyms you’ll ever find.
We break down the "X-Frame," which isn't a Star Wars reference. It's the mystery of the elusive bodybuilding physique — explained.
Plus, we go into the history of the Women's Physique Olympia, along with each and every winner. (There are some massive names on this list, so read along or risk being streets behind.)
And IFBB Pro Derek Lunsford gives us a peek inside his grocery cart, which is noticeably larger, fuller, and more vascular than most grocery carts.

What Is The "X-Frame" In Bodybuilding?
X-Men. X-Wing. Forget those (admittedly awesome) pop-cultural references. Today, we're talking about the X-Frame.
Hang around in bodybuilding circles long enough, and you’ll more than likely have heard someone make a comment or two about the elusive “X-frame.” You might have smiled and nodded along even though you weren’t exactly sure what an X-frame is — or how the heck to get one.
Simply put, an X-frame is one of the principal pursuits of most bodybuilders. Each bodybuilding division has its own judging criteria, but some general foundations still tend to apply. If you’re training for competition, you’ll typically aim for wide shoulders and upper back, a small waist, and well-muscled thighs. (Picture it: it kind of resembles the letter “X.”)
HISTORY
Every Winner Of The Women’s Physique Olympia
Nine years and just four champions. Women's Physique is one of the most competitive divisions in bodybuilding, but a handful of competitors have had that game in a headlock for almost a decade.
The sport of bodybuilding had seen growth over several decades, but the 2010’s may be the one that saw the most expansion thus far. More athletes made the jump to start competing, more pro cards were being awarded than ever before, and two new divisions were created — Men’s Physique and Women’s Physique.
In 2013, the Women's Physique division was popular enough that the IFBB Pro League felt it deserved to be a part of the Olympia.

Here’s What’s In Derek Lunsford’s Grocery Cart
When an Olympia champion ventures to the grocery store with the camera on, it would be wise for those who awe at their physique to pay attention to what goes in their shopping cart.
Reigning 212 Olympia champ Derek Lunsford did that on June 11, 2022, when he darted to his local Sam’s Club for the goods that would fill his fridge and fuel his physique.
Watch what comprises Lunsford’s shopping haul in the video below, courtesy of his YouTube page. In addition to food and provisions, Lunsford also picks up some items that make sense for the lifestyle of someone with as muscular a stature as his, such as using large beach towels as routine bathing towels. Check out the journey below.
