đź’Ş Build Beefier Forearms Starting Today
Welcome to The Ripped Report, which is basically pre-workout for your brain.
We're deep into summer — at least in one hemisphere — so it's time for extra hydration, lazy afternoon naps, and some good old-fashioned sunlight. Hey, all those things are great for building muscle!
Speaking of building muscle: Who wants stronger, beefier, lower-sleeve-testing forearms? If that idea gets your muscles twitching, we've got the forearm workouts for YOU.
Plus, bodybuilding icons Dana Linn Bailey and Jay Cutler team up for the chest/triceps combo workout we never knew we needed (but now really, really want).
Is mobility important for getting a fuller, rounder chest? Derek Lunsford certainly thinks so, and he's dishing out his secrets for the rest of us.

The Best Forearm Workouts for Your Experience Level
Get busy curling, or get busy pressing. And the forearms drive it all.
There (probably) isn’t a gym rat on the face of the Earth who neglects their arms. After all, your biceps and triceps are some of our top glamor muscles. Even at a young age, an adult probably invited you to “make a muscle” by flexing your arm. But what about the forearms?
In the realm of bodybuilding, the devil is often in the details. Smaller, secondary muscles like your forearms don’t get the lion’s share of the limelight, but they do a lot for the overall appearance of your physique.

Dana Linn Bailey & Jay Cutler Crush a Texas-Sized Workout
We love it when two legends come together, still killing the game one rep at a time.
Former Women’s Physique Olympia champion Dana Linn Bailey and four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler got together for a chest training session in Houston, TX, where they traveled for the 2022 American Fit Expo. Their training session was filmed and published on Bailey’s YouTube channel on July 27, 2022 — and as you'd expect, these two are still a sight to behold.

Derek Lunsford Focuses on Mobility to Build His Chest
It's a real shame we didn't send this email in time for International Chest Day.
Reigning 212 Olympia champion Derek Lunsford headed to the gym for a strength-focused chest workout on July 26, 2022. He shared his training session in a video posted to his YouTube channel as he prepares to defend his title on Dec 16-18, 2022, in Las Vegas, NV, against the likes of former 212 champions Shaun Clarida and Kamal Elgargni.
Though the judges considered Lunsford to have the best 212-division physique on the planet in 2021, he plans to improve his chest to match his show-stealing back from last year. To get there, Lunsford aims to build strength, mobility, and range of motion to increase the size, thickness, and width of his chest.

PR Alert — Chris Bumstead shoulder presses 140-pound dumbbells for eight reps. Who says Classic Physique competitors aren't, like, really, really ridiculously strong?
Kamal Elgargni will enter the 2022 Tampa Pro and 2022 Texas Pro in the Men’s Open division. We'll see how the former Olympia 212 champ fares against the heavyweights later this month.
