đź’Ş Bodybuilding Legends Returning to the Stage?
Bodybuilding should have some sort of fantasy league. But while we're not smart enough to make that happen (yet...our power grows daily!), we CAN make some way-too-early predictions if the Masters Olympia competition does indeed return. It could well be one of the most epic lineups in bodybuilding history.
Outside of fantasy land, we break down EVERY winner of bodybuilding's most unheralded pro show. And if you're light on time, these 20-minute muscle-building routines are worth a look (or two, or three). They say Rome wasn't built in a day...but your pecs could be!

10 Competitors We Want To See In The Masters Olympia Reboot
Gossip is a one-way ticket to distrust. But it's still really, really fun.
One of the most discussed gossip topics early in the bodybuilding season has been the potential return of the Masters Olympia competition. Ever since Olympia owner Jake Wood teased the return of the contest back, fans have been buzzing about seeing some of their favorite competitors return to the stage for a posedown. Athletes have also been talking about putting the trunks on one more time for a shot at bodybuilding glory.
To be absolutely clear, nothing official has been decided at this point regarding the return of this contest. There has only been conjecture and discussion, but since the topic is being widely discussed, the question has come up about who could potentially compete if the contest returns in 2023.
Phil vs. Kai? The return of “The Dominican Dominator”? This is a thought experiment just too fun to ignore.
TRAINING
20-Minute Muscle-Building Workouts
Not everyone can quit their jobs to better fit a gym routine. For those at home who can, please stop reading this email, because your life is just too cool for school.
Seriously, though: Going to the gym isn’t always as easy as it sounds. If you face a long commute to or from work, have a stressful atmosphere at home, or can’t seem to juggle your schedule, it’s all too easy for physical activity to turn into an afterthought.
What, then, comes of your desire to build muscle or get in shape? You might think gaining muscle a fool’s errand if you’ve got less than an hour to hit the iron. Fortunately, this couldn’t be further from the truth.

The Most Unheralded Show in Bodybuilding?
Brandon Curry. Kai Greene. BIG RAMY. Recognize some familiar names? We thought so.
As of 2022, there are now four other Arnold Sports Festivals, held in Spain, South America, Australia, and the UK. The AC South America remains one of the lesser-known competitions to mainstream fans, yet it attracts some of the biggest names in the sport.
The show was last held in 2019 and was put off due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In total, seven men have won the contest, and between them, they’ve accumulated three Olympia wins and five Arnold Classic USA victories.
