đź’Ş Bodybuilding Legend Is BUILT at 60 Years Old

Have you already lost the pump from your last gym session? Remember: Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened. And maybe get back to the gym.

Six-time Mr. O Dorian Yates changed bodybuilding forever. And at 60 years old, he's maintaining a truly jaw-dropping physique...

Dates for this year's Olympia weekend are set, and the show is happening a bit earlier than we've become used to.

And who says bodybuilders can't move powerlifting-level weight? IFBB Pro Joe Mackey just pulled 910 pounds, after all.

Dorian Yates Hasn't Lost His Gains

Don't call it a comeback. He's been ripped for years.

From 1992-1997, Dorian Yates was the face of bodybuilding. In that time, the man known as “The Shadow” racked up six consecutive Mr. Olympia titles, beating out top-flight competitors like Kevin Levrone, Nasser el Sonbaty, Shawn Ray, and Lee Labrada along the way.

Now, more than 25 years after retiring from the stage, Yates still looks ready for an impromptu guest-posing spot, should the need arise. In an Instagram post from January 10, 2023, the English bodybuilder showed off his leaner, more chiseled physique from a recent trip to the Tijuca Forest in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We don't know how many peanuts you'd need to get to 910 pounds, but we bet it's a lot.

IFBB Pro League Men’s Open competitor Joe Mackey made his case as one of the strongest pro bodybuilders ever. On Friday, Jan. 13, 2023, at C.T. Fletcher’s “Iron Wars VII” event in Signal Hill, CA, Mackey deadlifted 412.8 kilograms (910 pounds). The pull can be seen in its entirety in the post below, courtesy of Mackey’s Instagram page.
