Four-time Men's Physique Olympia winner Jeremy Buendia is in the midst of training for a comeback. And his 4,600-calorie bulking diet is his secret weapon to getting there.

Machines, cables, and barbells work just fine, but if you want to really put an exclamation point on your V-taper, try these lat-building dumbbell exercises.

Chris Bumstead Trains Chest as He Eyes Another O Title

With three straight Classic Physique Olympia titles under his belt and tens of millions of followers on social media, Chris Bumstead is the undisputed face of his division and one of bodybuilding's most important ambassadors. (He also happens to have the raddest mustache in the biz.) But all that success isn't making him complacent during this year’s Olympia prep — if anything, he’s looking as good, if not better than ever.

In a recent video posted to his YouTube channel, Bumstead walked fans through a blood-pumping chest and triceps workout where he hit all the classics: pec deck flyes, incline dumbbell press, rope pushdowns, and more.

We’re still two and a half months away from the Olympia, but CBum already looks primed to secure the rare four-peat.

Jeremy Buendia’s Comeback Diet

In September 2022, four-time Men’s Physique champ Jeremy Buendia officially announced that he is eyeing a return to the Olympia stage next year. But to pack on the size necessary for a comeback, he needs to eat — a lot.

Buendia recently posted a video to his YouTube channel detailing a full day of eating on his current bulking diet. And as you’d expect, it involves a veritable smorgasbord of lean meats, peanut butter, and sweet potatoes. By the end of the day, he’d consumed around 4,625 calories, including 488 grams of carbs, 427 grams of protein, and 107 grams of fat across seven meals.

The 2023 Olympia might be over a year away, but Buendia is pounding protein shakes and egg whites like it’s right around the corner.
