TRAINING
Charles Glass Teaches Lat Thickness
“The Godfather of Bodybuilding” Charles Glass has trained some of the sport's best. So he knows a thing or two (or seven) about building world-class physiques.
Glass recently walked bodybuilder and KAGED Co-Founder Kris Gethin through a workout focused on adding thickness and width to the lats. Their training session was filmed and published on Gethin’s YouTube channel on June 13, 2022. Gethin, who is well known as a biohacker of sorts, is often searching for new ways to utilize exercises better and bring out his and others’ potential.
"I want to turn my weaknesses into a weapon using the angles and education that Charles has gained over the years."

WORKOUTS
Mike O’Hearn & Aleksey Mokshyn In A Creative Triceps Workout
Mike O'Hearn is an American Gladiator who moonlights as a bodybuilder. Or maybe it's the other way around? Please don't hate us, Mike.
Towering at six-foot, two-inch tall, and 270 pounds of muscle, actor, model, and bodybuilder Mike O’Hearn is a force in the gym. O’Hearn uploaded a triceps workout to his YouTube channel on July 6, 2022. He was joined by Алексей Мокшин (Aleksey Mokshyn) of Ukraine to guide Mokshyn through the hardcore arm session in a tight 55 minutes.
O’Hearn runs down with Mokshyn what he wants to get out of the workout, understanding it may not be feasible to accomplish it all in 55 minutes. However, entering the gym with purpose and bouncing ideas off each other will work synergistically with the workout.
"I’d like to build some density…tear the fibers…some range of motion…finish off with a pump; something that sets up for longevity. All of those aspects in one workout in 55 minutes."
