Boosting energy for the leg press doesn't just depend on caffeine-loaded pre-workouts — you also need to fuel your body with the right energy-producing foods for a holistic approach to nutrition. One crucial nutrient for optimal energy production is magnesium, which also supports bone and heart health.

If you're an avid weightlifter, you should aim for about 320 milligrams (women) to 420 milligrams (men) of this powerhouse nutrient every day. Fortunately, many magnesium-rich foods like fruits, nuts, and seeds are easily digestible and affordable. (Also, delicious.) Discover nine of these foods that can enhance your performance and help you feel your best at the gym.

Want to elevate your brand with a custom hat?

Don’t just go for any hat. Opt for a Branded Bills hat.

Why? Because they create quality merch, especially hats, that people genuinely want to wear.

But don’t just take our word for it. Here’s what Rebecca Ferguson from Empire CAT had to say:

“I think Branded Bills is memorable because it is more of a lifestyle brand for us. It’s not just employees wearing them to work or technicians wearing them out in the field; they're wearing them to bowling alleys, sporting events, etc, and they’re repping our brand which is exactly what we want.”

Ruffin to Miss the Olympia

IFBB Pro League Classic Physique competitor Terrence Ruffin will sit out the 2024 Classic Physique Olympia, set for Oct. 10-13 in Las Vegas, NV. The two-time Arnold Classic Physique champion shared on his Instagram stories that he is recovering from an elbow injury and wants to add size before returning to the stage.

“After last Olympia (2023), I was contemplating sitting out to try to get closer to my weight cap,” Ruffin wrote in part of his statement. “The elbow injury basically solidified that decision.”
