Blessing Awodibu has been absent from the Olympia stage since 2022, dedicating the entire bodybuilding season last year to refining his physique. Now, he’s drawing from the expertise of eight-time Mr. Olympia champion Ronnie Coleman. The 2022 New York Pro winner recently joined Coleman at his gym for a grueling chest and triceps workout as he sets his sights on qualifying for the 2025 Olympia.

Awodibu focused on hypertrophy and performed three chest and two triceps exercises within the 10-15 rep ranges, emphasizing a full range of motion with controlled pauses at the bottom of each rep. In contrast, Coleman opted for lighter weights and a shorter range of motion to maintain constant tension on the targeted muscles.
