Men’s Open bodybuilder Regan Grimes recently teamed up with reigning Mr. Olympia Derek Lunsford for an intense chest, shoulder, and triceps workout during a fitness expo in South Korea. Grimes is on a quest to clinch a pro-show victory, a crucial step to earning his spot at the 2024 Mr. Olympia. And there's no better mentor than Mr. Olympia himself for this journey.

Their regimen was anchored by machine exercises, utilizing the chest press, pec deck flyes, and standing machine lateral raises to tax their upper bodies.
